These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PoeticFM ("Service"), provided by PoeticFM Inc. ("we", "us" or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

Why We Have Terms

Our Terms set the "house rules" for using PoeticFM. They help protect us and our users by explaining acceptable conduct, limiting liabilities and clarifying ownership. Accounts

Our Service provides access to a library of audio content, including user‑generated uploads and our own curated clips. Disclaimer

PoeticFM is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error‑free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties and liabilities arising from your use of the Service.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PoeticFM, its directors, employees or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within Minnesota.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service or other means. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
